They say you get what you pay for. Well these guys are kind of expensive. But I gotta say they do top notch work. They did an excellent job on replacing my convertible top on my 2014 Mustang. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

I searched several different shops that replaced convertible tops, and could also recover my leather seats. When I called Tops & Trends I was impressed by Kristy. She was professional and courteous, and she invited me to the shop for a quote. She also accommodated my last minute color change of the seats. The entire experience from hello to pickup was pleasant, informative and extremely satisfying. The price I was quoted, and the estimated time of completion was exactly what I was told. When I arrived to pick up my car, my wife and I were grinning from ear to ear we were so pleased with the results. I discovered the techs whom did the work also repaired my passenger seat. Unknown to me on a previous repair the tech at the other shop had stripped the bolts and caused the seat to "rock" when the car came to a stop. From the moment we drove away from the shop we received compliments regarding how nice the car looked. I can't emphasize enough on a job well done. Even if you are located hours away it worth a trip to get the repair done correctly by this team. I had an extremely hard time finding a shop capable of repairing the soft top headliner of my 2004 BMW M3 convertible. Tops and Trends made the repair and it turned-out better than expected, just like new. Even the cost was better than expected. Tops and Trends rocks! If you need soft top repair, especially on an older vehicle, they are highly recommended.

I needed the top replaced on my Miata. They were ready for me when I arrived on a Monday morning and my car was finished by Wednesday morning. The top looks great. I'm so pleased with the new top. Excellent work.

Most of the shops and dealerships I have worked in cannot do upholstery work or repair convertible tops. Tops and Trends is the shop I recommend to have that work complete and I send all of my clients here who need this type of work!

The rear window of my convertible had become disconnected from the frame. After asking around, Tops and Trends was recommended, including by the dealer. I called them to get an appointment and estimate. The work was completed on the day promised and on the estimate. When I picked up the car, the manager walked me out and explained why the problem had occurred, gave me an assessment of the overall condition and how to take care of the top. Tops and Trends provided very professional service and I’d highly recommend them.

I have a Maserati GT Sport convertible and the roof was not working again. Exactly one year prior I went to tops and trends after Maserati diagnosed the issue and recommended a new 25k roof. Tops are Trends did the investigation and they repaired the roof for $400. One year later exactly my hydraulic lift under the car was leaking and the roof would not work again. I gave Maserati in Raleigh another chance since I figured parts would be needed this time. They identified the problem as a hose was leaking and recommended I buy all new Maserati parts instead of replacing the one hose. They said that the pump could be burnt out and recommend a new one. Wait what if it’s not? Quote 20k. So now I need to go back to my ace in the hole, Tops and Trends. I went on eBay and ordered a Maserati part used for $365 and had the part shipped directly to TnT in Raleigh. Within 3 days the car was repaired and the pump was good after all. The pricing for service was very fair and I’m back in business. I trust them completely and highly recommended them.

Tops and Trends did an excellent job fixing the convertible top on my 20 year old car. Given its age, the dealership nor my regular mechanic had a clue on what to do. Even when there was a hiccup, they jumped on it and took care of it. Highly recommend!

This is probably the easiest company I have ever worked with! From inquiries to pick up, they kept me 'in the know'. Anytime I had a question, they were quick with an answer. The workmanship looks better than the original! And for a ragtop, their prices are better than expected. They took my broken glass convertible top off, cleaned all broken glass, repaired the rain rails and fittings in less than a week. I know that isn't usual, but I DO appreciate it! Tops and trends did an amazing job on my 350z roadster. I recently bought the car knowing that the roof wasn't opening and the soft top needing to be replaced. Tops and Trends troubleshot the probable cause of why the top was not opening. I purchased the part, they put it in and fixed the problem. Afterward, I had them replace my seats and they did another outstanding job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Misty and Dustin are one of the nicest and professional people I have ever done business with. Outstanding company and people of integrity.

I’ve have had a 2003 Porsche 996 Cabriolet for about a year and about a month ago something went wrong with one of the tension cables.. immediately my mind raced to the bankruptcy I was going to have to file because of this lol. I did research online and the forums told me it will be 500, 1000, 1500 dollars to fix and all hope was crushed. I brought it to Tops and Trends in Raleigh because the dealership I work for sends all of our customers there for sunroof installs, leather, convertible fixes and their experiences have been excellent. Well, mine was too and they fixed my problem at an incredibly reasonable price! The staff was very professional, took all social distancing precautions and I was in and out very quickly. This is where y’all should stop first for all your automotive restyling needs. Thank you guys so much!!
